As with all the files in this set, speed contains many zero
values that presumably indicate times when the current was
below the instrument's stall speed. What is peculiar is that
direction is set at 343.55 degrees during these episodes,
which together amount to about 12.7 % of the file and are
evidently the result of an instrument malfunction. Note that
most of the other MOVE instruments did record meaningful
directions when the recorded speed was zero.

Move up one level.
