The speed series appears to contain some wrap-arounds. These
are instances in which the speed rotor's turn count has exceeded
1023 and has reset to 0, thus registering as a much lower speed
than it should. Wrap arounds are quite hard to identify in a
record with a 3-hour interval, and we have not attempted to do
so in this case. Use this speed record with caution.
